I had a wonderful time last Saturday in Wilkesboro at The Book Room‘s book fair. There were tons of young readers there, and it was so much fun meeting them and their families.

I was honored to participate alongside two fellow middle grade authors, Sandra Rathbone and Melanie Sue Bowles.

It was a great day and a nice break from writing like a crazy person to meet my deadline.

I’ve been hard at work finishing up the second book in my Realms of the Brekenlight series. Drascandar follows Fenn, Nixie, Christopher, and their friends on a wild adventure through Varlandria and beyond as they investigate a mysterious prophecy and search for a missing amulet while dodging some shady characters. I’m so excited to share this next book with readers this fall!
